Renaming to SURTECO GROUP SE completed

Buttenwiesen,11 July 2018 - The Annual General Meeting held on 28 June 2018 resolved with a large majority to change the name of SURTECO SE to SURTECO GROUP SE. The change has now been officially completed.

SURTECO SE had to be renamed in order to avoid overlaps with the company SURTECO GmbH, which will result within the next weeks from the merge of the three legal entities BauschLinnemann GmbH, Döllken-Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH und SURTECO DECOR GmbH.

With this change, we have reached another milestone of our growth strategy SURTECO 2025+.

SURTECO GROUP SE with registered office in Buttenwiesen is a mid-sized holding company with international operations.
